Nice routine
I enjoy working with this app every day
Has Potential
I was disappointed after purchasing this app. There are only a handful of exercises, most of which are on the fitness point pro app. It has potential but honestly I would prefer them to just add the exercises the the fitness point pro app and add more like mountain climbers, plank toe taps, butt kicks, donkey kicks...
Pretty good
I like this app. Id like it better if I could add/ subtract or substitute different exercises. That being stated, it works well and gets the job done!
